Oh yea, chocolate and whip cream is always good.
Like bacon, ya can't go wrong with it.

Okay, now stop that! Some of us are stuck here at work, drinking tea and chomping on a celery stick... it's perilously close to shorts season (okay, at 90 degrees today the season is HERE) and I am in the process of shedding my nice insulating layer of fat. Whereas fried chicken and ice cream are on the horizon (as well as many cold frosty malted beverages of a brewery kind) it's a few pounds away.

Wow! Where does one have to go for that brownie goodness? Ted Drewes has been calling my name all damn day, but the weather hasn't been cooperative--I will go by raft if necessary.

BTW: wouldn't you have loved to be a fly on the wall during the closed meeting between Obama and Clinton...I am anxious to hear her speech tomorrow. I was profoundly moved by Obama's speech in St. Paul. I was profoundly disappointed by the bullshit op-ed piece:Vote by Numbers run in the NYT today claiming that Obama would lose the general election to McCain but that Clinton would win.

OK, it's time for some creamy deliciousness. Have a great weekend!

Oh, where is the church going to meet now that AMP is closed?

Mmmm, bacon.

Lukas honey! I'm thinking Ted Drewes will hit the spot but not tonight.

The weather is hating on St. Louis BIG TIME!

A bitch is trenching in...on the third floor.

Oh, my gallbladder would seriously PUNISH me for this AND for the chicken...well, a little alcohol is still permitted--for the moment anyway.

Unfortunately, bacon and chocolate don't add anything to each other. (Yes, I've tried it.)

Fortunately, well, fortunately they're good separately...
