Ah, my favorite city.
Enjoy the fresh lobster. Nothing better than a big crustacean fresh from the ocean. No comparison to those week old things they sell inland. Never had a bad bowl of clam chowder in Boston.
Stand in front of the Old South Meeting Hall. . . or better yet, the Granary Burial Grounds and throw one in the air for Sam, John, Paul, Joseph and all those old Boston rabel rousers (white people I'm proud of).

Badass. Looks like a great conference. FYI, I'm wearing my Post-Ig'nant tee for the first time today. Have already had several comments on it. Mission accomplished.

Better yet..come on over to Dudley Square! Visit Haley House Cafe - where the food rocks and is served to you by people with a 30 year history of working for social justice while also cooking up a storm. And baking. And if you go on the right day, you can get smothered-something....which, as I recall you like.

Also - as I mentioned before - the Pepper Pot up Dudley St. from the Square is a fine and homey establishment...

just making the pitch for my 'hood...

While you're in Boston, wave to all the science teachers (NSTA folks) in town for the spring meeting.

Great presentation today! I was one of the two Missouri/So.Ill ladies up in front. Added you to our blogroll: http://ourprerogative.wordpress.com. Keep up the bitching! I'll let you know if I find any feminist knitting material.
