Update on Missouri’s heinous anti-choice law…

A federal judge ruled to temporarily block enforcement of Missouri’s newest anti-choice law, which would have resulted in the shut down of Planned Parenthood clinics and the baring of trained sex education teachers from public schools…oh, and mandate an abstinence only curriculum state wide.

Hats off to Planned Parenthood and the legal team involved in winning this crucial ruling!

This is an opportunity for pro-choice grassroots activists to proactively plan for all manner of drama but be mindful that this war is far from won.

Check out Planned Parenthood’s web site for information and ways to get active.

A bitch will keep you posted on St. Louis based organizing and Kansas City folks should check out my sister in the struggle Blue Girl, Red State.

No.

You should keep in mind that comprehensive sex education is about a lot more than abortion....

...and reproductive choice is about a lot more than my personal medical history.

Toodles!

Thanks for your honesty.

At 48, I've had a few years to reflect.

If you believe in God. You must believe that God created you. When did you become a human life? God knows the answer.

When judgment day arrives God will let you know when human life begins.

As a pro-life advocate, if I am wrong, I would have inconvenienced many others.

If a pro-choice advocate is wrong, they would have endorsed killing a human being.

I'm just playing it safe, that is until the eleventh commandment of "thou shalt not incovenience others" comes along.

...and then there was silence

I am pro-choice for life and all the lives knowledge empowers in a healthy way.

But that's the argument anti-choice advocates don't want to have...the prevention argument that speaks of a love of life and value of life that no one on the anti-choice side is talking about.

God does know the answers...think about that real hard.
