It's times like these that make me miss my dad, who passed in 2001, all the more. He and I attended every Blues hockey game together from the time I was 8 until he passed when I was 20. Tonight's game has me so proud of my St. Louis Blues, as well as feeling so close, yet so distant, from my dad.

Since they won their last game, they'll be facing my team! Since the season series was 2-2, maybe this will go seven games.
6th seed, too - nicely done and I love the boxout of Nashville at the end. The travel will be unpleasant for both St.L and Chicago; I am thrilled for once the Red Wings get to play in their own time zone.
