I don’t know about y’all, but a bitch needs a funk break.
Stand up in work-based area…stretch arms high then down to the ground…shake it, baby, shake it…continue.

Good evening.
Do not attempt to adjust your radio, there is nothing wrong.
We have taken control as to bring you this special show.
We will return it to you as soon as you are grooving.
Welcome to station WEFUNK, better known as We-Funk,
Or deeper still, the Mothership Connection.
Home of the extraterrestrial brothers,
Dealers of funky music.
P.Funk, uncut funk, The Bomb.
Coming to you directly from the Mothership
Top of the Chocolate Milky Way, 500,000 kilowatts of P.Funk-power.
So kick back, dig, while we do it to you in your eardrums.
And me? I'm known as Lollipop Man, alias the Long-Haired Sucker.
My motto is:
Make my funk the P.Funk
I want my funk uncut!
Make mine the P
Make my funk the P.Funk
I wants to get funked up!
Wants to get funked up
I want the bomb,
I want the P.Funk
Yeah
I want my funk uncut!
Make mine the P
Make my funk the P.Funk
I wants to get funked up!
Gawd, I needed that...

I love that crazy man.
How people get through life without George Clinton I do not know.
Wave that flag, shake that thang, and I'll be doing the same, OUT here in the (currently flaming) Mariposa (how gay is that?) CA woods. Happy Pride of every kind Shark-fu and C-money, and all the good folks in my beloved St. Louis. Fires and floods aren't enough to keep good people down, as long as we've got Parliament in our hearts! Many thanks!!!
Thanks, ABB: I needed that, too!

Shark-Fu is da bomb too...!!! :) :)
Greetings, fabulous Bitch. I really enjoy your blog. Like, a whole lot. But that is not the purpose of this comment. The purpose of this comment is to tell you that you need a "Cook, bitch, cook!" infant bodysuit. Also, should make a bitchitude doggie outfit.
You know I'm not your average white man although I am what folks call a white man.
I still love me some George Clinton. I sat in a crowd of almost entirely so called "black people" many a time in my youth and watched George and Parliment "Give up the funk" and "Tear the roof off the sucker".
Most "white folks" told me I was crazy and those people (I won't use the term they used) will kill me someday at one of their shows just because I am white.
I admit I was a bit leary at first and I guess that is probably a little racist but I don't believe there is a such thing as a person that is completely non-racist. Anyone that says they are completely non-racist is lying to theirself and the rest of the world.
After a couple of shows I found that I felt quite safe and pretty much at home being around those people.
I wish I could see old George get funked up again someday but I'm too old and claustrophobic to go to any venue that is that crowded with people of any kind these days.
I sure did enjoy me some funk back in the day. I still have a vinyl LP of everyone of Parliment's albums from back then. That brother could work a crowd. I still get excited just thinking about them days.
Peace,
Joe
Shark Fu, I saw George Clinton and his P-Funk All-Stars just a couple of years ago. Yes, they are still way awesome, even sans Bootsy.
Man, where is Bootsy these days?
Calamity J, your products are ready in the store doll.
