Full disclosure...

Okay, I'm going to answer several e-mails all at one time here.

A bitch does not work for any politician, political campaign or political party.

A bitch has not, nor do I intend to, endorsed a presidential candidate. Hell, I'm not even sure who my ass is voting for next month!

This blog is not funded and I take no profit from it.

Jesus to Gawd, where do y'all come up with this shit?

Got it?

Good.

Now, let's move on...

Someone actually thought that stuff? My, the world is full of suspicious folk, isn't it? I guess it isn't possible that a person might write about what she believes in? Or that she might believe in liberal causes without being paid?

Well THAT was weird. An old white dude is curious.

Apparently someone has put some bullshit out there that a bitch is a paid political operative.

Blink.

And, since my ass ain't paid shit by anyone affiliated with politics, I had to clarify.

Fucking bullshit...plus, anyone who knows me knows I'm broke (wink)!

I think it's pretty telling of our political environment these days, that someone who brooks no shit from our elected officials is somehow a paid hitman...or hitbitch, if you prefer.

Shoot, I came here specifically to read about your presidential endorsements...

...where did I come from? I do not recall, perhaps Daily Kos. I remember respecting your opinion or voice. Perhaps it is "common sense" or "no nonsense".

I understand and I hope you vote well when you figure it out. I trust that you are not one of those feminists that will vote for Ms. Clinton because she is female.

alyceclover - rest assured that this proud voter will vote for the best candidate who will answer to the masses when we speak.

I don't endorse because I feel strongly in voter education and that, through voter education, the people will make the right choice. So, I speak truth to power, I call out bullshit and I try to give voice to my community so that we all remember what is at stake when we take the ballot in hand.

And that, my sister, is common sense (wink)...
