A bitch was on the radio – On Common Ground with Janice Graham!

Last night this bitch had a delightful time on the radio with the fantabulous Janice Graham.

I appeared on her show, On Common Ground, to discuss the arrest of Professor Gates.

Follow this link to a clip of the show

Well, I did listen, and for quite a long time, too, because I was hoping to hear your own dulcet tones but, alas, whilst Ms. Graham may well be a very nice lady of impeccable character I can only say that when I die she will be the worst broadcaster - ever! All those pauses, all those convoluted sentences in which she loses her way - too, too tedious!

An interesting interview! Question: what good is the Cambridge Human Rights Commission, if they have no power?

Comment: Good point on how the reaction was suppose to be 'played different' (no I would not have reacted any different either)...that 'if he had acted professionally' he would not have been arrested...so when are u 'allowed' to stand up for yourself if u are a person of color?

Last comment: grin, u have a lovely voice; and while ur writing is very grounded your 'professional' sound on the radio showed the two faces of Shark Fu...wtg!

My thoughts? Janice Graham says bitch in such a way... like biiiyutch. :)

Wow. You came across as very intelligent and well-spoken. Aesthetics aside, thanks for sharing.

I cannot believe he was charged with disorderly conduct. I just can't believe it. The expectation of subservience reminds me of a line from V for Vendetta (A graphic novel from Alan Moore, author of Watchmen, although this is from the movie adaptation.)

"I know why you did it. I know you were afraid. Who wouldn't be? War. Terror. Disease. There were a myriad of problems which conspired to corrupt your reason and rob you of your common sense. Fear got the best of you and in your panic, you turned to the now High Chancellor Adam Sutler. He promised you order. He promised you peace. And all he demanded in return was your silent, obedient consent."

P.S. Do you make a lot of profit from the online store? Would you encourage people to buy from it?

David...since I can't stand my voice on the radio I'll have to take your word on it.

L...who you calling two faced?!? Wink!

Trick Razor...a bitch doesn't make much from the store but I do adore seeing folks with my coffee mug on their desk!
