Tell Me More with Michel Martin now on KWMU!

A certain Michel Martin and her radio program Tell Me More are now…at last…available on our local NPR source 90.7 KWMU!

A bitch adores Tell Me More and not just because I’ve been on it (wink)…’tis a great program that I’m sure St. Louis shall embrace.

The program schedule says something about it being available from 2pm ‘til 3pm on KWMU-2, whatever that means.

Mayhap it’s like BBC One and BBC Two?

Blink.

Where was I?

Oh yes...at last, we can listen to Tell Me More in St. Louis!

Note – a bitch is in no way using the phrase "at last" as some challenge to a certain Etta James who has recently threatened ass whoopings for such behavior.

Mercy.

Get your listen on and enjoy, chil’ren…

I love listening to Tell Me More on Sirius. So happy it is coming to your town. Michel Martin is a fantastic host. Not only does she do a great job hosting and interviewing, provides a skillful counterpoint to the men in the barbershop, but she does some really brilliant commentary.

She did a great piece on watching "Happy Feet" with her kids this past Monday. She took a simple, typical movie and made it into a really deep commentary on innate worth. Check it out if you didn't get a chance to hear it in St. Louis. It's available on the website.

Unfortunately, I think the -2 at the end means that this is an "HD" station, which means that you have to have an HD radio to listen to it, and normal AM/FM radios can't pick it up...

The website says that they do stream the station online for free, though. There's a link to that and more information about the HD station here: http://www.kwmu.org/programs/hd.php
