It looks like the important winners did so by a very slim margin, and ABB getting out there and assisting people with their voting just may have been the contributing factor.

Which means I owe you dinner, girl. I know I am, and trying to keep it contained in my republican leaning office isn't easy! We're not done but it's a helluva start - and what about South Dakota!! I absolutely cheered when I heard that the ban on abortion was no more. Yeah!!!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10755833.post-1162994605527364922006-11-08T08:03:00.000-06:002006-11-08T08:03:00.000-06:00Good morning, ABB - did you hear that we, here in ...Good morning, ABB - did you hear that we, here in Massachusetts, finally have our first Black Governor. Yeah, yippee and hooray! Now, the fact that he is black is just icing on the very intelligent, knowledgeable, capable, experienced, articulate and gracious cake that is Deval Patrick. I'm so proud to have him as our new Governor! Finally, the black citizens of Massachusetts will feel represented. (Your writing is amazing, truly awe-inspiring.) You shouls have your own radio and/or TV show. But, I guess the FCC would take exception to the language (wink, laugh). Thank you for your honesty!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10755833.post-1162991512556276582006-11-08T07:11:00.000-06:002006-11-08T07:11:00.000-06:00Congrats, ABB. That said, it did feel GOOD to exercise my political muscle and flip those switches for change (mostly). He registered to vote (I was so proud) and when his sample ballot came in the mail, he sat down to read it, and we discussed pros and cons of various issues and candidates. Last week we went to the early voting that our state offers. I watched from outside the polling place (which was packed, yay!) as he came out, wearing his "I Voted" sticker, I couldn't help but be the Proud Mama. His gg-grandma marched and fought for suffrage in Nebraska, and I think she musta been looking down from Heaven, proud as all get out.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10755833.post-1162945683044712982006-11-07T18:28:00.000-06:002006-11-07T18:28:00.000-06:00Where are we going tonight to celebrate?HammerCheWhere are we going tonight to celebrate?

HammerCheHammerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13158589483955706818noreply@blogger.com
